ALIMAK SE-T
The ALIMAK SE-T temporary lift range provides the ideal solution for maintaining lift services during the refurbishment, replacement or extended maintenance of a building's existing lifting systems.
Based on the hugely successful ALIMAK SE range, the ALIMAK SE-T offers the robust, flexibility that has become synonymous with the modular Alimak system, whilst incorporating all the features and comforts you would associate with a traditional internal lift.
By using Alimak's new Variable Frequency Control (VFC) system, the ALIMAK SE-T can offer passengers a smoother ride with controlled acceleration and deceleration when leaving/approaching landings. The push button control system, both at landings and inside the lift car itself, is positioned to ensure that it is suitable for use by less able-bodied passengers. The ALIMAK SE-T also offers motion sensored doors meaning that there is no risk of passengers being trapped or caught between the lift car doors.
The ALIMAK SE-T can be erected quickly and efficiently, minimising disruption to the surrounding area and avoiding inconvenience for members of the public. The lift only requires a pit depth of 1100mm and, due to Alimak's use of rack & pinion technology, does not require any separate machinery room or supportive lift shaft as all motors and drive equipment are located on top of the lift car itself.
The system can either be installed complete with a prefabricated lift shaft (SE-T 630 only) in 6m high sections or open with the mast tower secured to the building via ties or ring beams.
The SE-T temporary lift range is suitable for use on a wide variety of applications including shopping centres, residential buildings, hospitals, airports, railways stations and schools.
